Inclusive Development
The Inclusive Development Cluster consists of two programmes, focused on
a) Equitable Growth, and
b) Vulnerable Groups.
Within these two programmes, the Inclusive Development Cluster focuses on social and economic inclusion, and civil society inclusion in creation of pro-poor policies.
The Cluster relies on analysis of policy contexts and indicators to propose UNDP's support to national counterparts in drafting policy and other strategic documents in the thematic/sectoral areas related to inclusive development, such as social welfare, employment, rural development and social inclusion of vulnerable populations.

The Inclusive Development Cluster consists of two programmes, namely of a) Equitable Growth, and b) Vulnerable Groups. Within these two programmes, the Inclusive Development Cluster focuses on social and economic inclusion, and civil society inclusion in creation of pro-poor policies.
The Inclusive Development Cluster is continuously engaged in the analysis of the environment within which civil society operates in Serbia and the socio-economic impact of development of civil society, whilst maintaining continuous dialogue with partners to provide development advisory services.
The Cluster relies on analysis of policy contexts and indicators to propose UNDP's support to national counterparts in drafting policy and other strategic documents in the thematic/sectoral areas related to inclusive development, such as social welfare, employment, rural development and social inclusion of vulnerable populations.
