Baseline analysis of institutional capacities for implementation of antidiscrimination legislation in Serbia

With the objective of assisting the Serbian Government to harmonize its legislation with European standards, UNDP, through the support of the European Commission assisted the development of a framework Law on the Prohibition of Discrimination, through the Project to Support the Implementation of Anti-Discrimination Legislation and Mediation in Serbia. The second component of the project is geared toward providing “institutional support to the agencies and bodies involved in the implementation of current and future antidiscrimination legislation.
